1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for or using the 2je bat platform in any way — including browsing the website, creating an account, depositing funds, placing bets or playing any game — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them.

These Terms and Conditions apply to every service offered through 2je bat, including sports betting, live casino, slot games, fish games and any promotional offers. They should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 2je bat.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the 2je bat platform. Continued use of the platform following any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To open an account on 2je bat and access any of its services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 2je bat does not permit gambling or gaming activity of any kind by persons under the age of 18.
• You must be registering as an individual on your own behalf — corporate or organisational accounts are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration, including your full name, date of birth and a valid contact method.
• You must not already hold an existing 2je bat account. Each person is permitted one account only.
• You must not be registering using false, borrowed or misleading identity information.

2je bat may ask you to verify your identity at any point after registration. Verification may involve submitting a copy of a valid government-issued identification document. Failure to complete a verification request within a reasonable timeframe may result in your account being suspended until verification is completed.

During the registration process you will choose a username and password. Your username must not impersonate another person, contain offensive language or misrepresent your identity. 2je bat reserves the right to reject a username that does not meet these standards and to request that you choose an alternative before your account is activated.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 2je bat login credentials, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. 2je bat staff will never ask you for your password through any channel.

Any activity that takes place on your account while you are logged in is your responsibility. This includes bets placed, games played and withdrawals requested. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must:

• Change your password immediately using the account settings page.
• Contact 2je bat support through the official support channel to report the suspected unauthorised access.
• Not place any further bets or make any further deposits until the issue has been investigated and resolved.

2je bat is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the cause is determined to be your failure to keep your login credentials secure — for example, sharing your password with another person or using an easily guessable password that you failed to update despite being prompted to do so.

You must not allow any other person to use your 2je bat account. Accounts are non-transferable. Lending, selling or otherwise sharing access to your account is a breach of these terms and may result in account closure.

4 Deposits and Payments

2je bat accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. The following payment methods are supported for deposits:

• JazzC ash – instant mobile wallet deposit, confirmed directly from the JazzCash app.
• Easypaisa – instant mobile wallet deposit via the Easypaisa app or over-the-counter top-up.
• Raast – instant bank-to-bank transfer using Pakistan's national instant payment system.
• Bank Transfer – standard inter-bank transfer to the 2je bat designated account.
• Debit and Credit Cards – Visa and Mastercard issued by Pakistani banks.
• Mobile Wallets – other supported Pakistani mobile wallet services as listed in the Cashier section of your account.

All deposits are credited to your PKR balance as soon as the payment is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically instant. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the sending bank's processing times.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are displayed in the Cashier section of your account and may vary by payment method. 2je bat does not charge a fee on deposits, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges — these are outside 2je bat's control.

Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Depositing from an account belonging to another person is not permitted and may result in your account being suspended pending investigation.

5 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available PKR balance at any time through the Cashier section of your account, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal can be processed.
• You must have met any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonuses before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where technically possible. If this is not possible, 2je bat may request alternative withdrawal details from you.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is displayed in the Cashier section and may vary by payment method.
• Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed within a few hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving bank.

2je bat reserves the right to carry out additional identity and payment verification checks before processing any withdrawal. If a verification check is required, you will be notified and your withdrawal will be placed on hold until the check is completed. Providing clear, accurate documentation promptly will minimise any delay.

Withdrawal requests that are submitted and then cancelled by the player return the full amount to the player's PKR gaming balance immediately. Players who habitually submit and then cancel withdrawal requests may be asked to complete additional verification steps before future requests are processed.

6 Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on 2je bat, covering cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, ODIs, Test matches, football, esports and all other sports markets available on the platform.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked and will not be changed retrospectively unless a manifest error has occurred.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to availability and are placed at the price shown at the moment the bet slip is submitted. Due to the live nature of in-play markets, there may be a short delay between submission and confirmation during which odds can change. If odds change significantly during that window, you will be notified before your bet is confirmed.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts per bet are displayed on the bet slip and may vary by sport, market and event.
• Accumulator bets combine multiple selections into a single bet. All selections must be correct for the accumulator to win. Each leg of an accumulator is treated as an independent bet for the purposes of settlement.
• 2je bat reserves the right to void any bet where a manifest pricing error has occurred — for example, where odds were clearly incorrect due to a technical fault. In such cases, the original stake is returned to your PKR balance.
• Bets on matches or events that are abandoned, postponed or not completed within the timeframe specified in the relevant sport's rules will be settled according to the official sport-specific rules applied by 2je bat, which are available in the Sports section of the platform.
• Cricket bets — including PSL, T20 and international matches — follow standard cricket betting rules. Reduced-over matches will be settled on the result as it stands unless the official result is declared void by the governing body.

7 Live Casino, Slots and Fish Games

The live casino, slots and fish games sections of 2je bat operate under the following rules in addition to the general terms that apply to all platform activity.

Live Casino: Live dealer games including baccarat, roulette and blackjack are streamed in real time. Game results are determined by live dealers and physical game equipment. Any technical disconnection on your end during a live game round does not void the round — the result stands as determined by the dealer. Where a technical fault on 2je bat's side affects the integrity of a round, the round will be investigated and settled fairly.

Slots: All slot games use a certified random number generator (RNG) to determine outcomes. Each spin is independent of all previous and future spins. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are calculated over very large numbers of game rounds and do not guarantee any outcome for any individual session.

Fish Games: Fish games operate on a skill-and-chance combined format. Your PKR stake per shot is deducted at the point the shot is fired, regardless of whether a target is caught. Game credits and returns are processed in PKR and credited to your main balance immediately.

• Minimum and maximum stakes for all game types are displayed within each game interface.
• Game history for all sessions is accessible from your account transaction history.
• Any suspected malfunction of a game must be reported to support immediately. Continuing to play a game you believe is malfunctioning does not entitle you to additional winnings arising from that malfunction.

8 Bonuses and Promotions

2je bat offers promotional bonuses from time to time including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers and free bet credits. The following general rules apply to all promotions unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable funds. The wagering requirement multiplier and qualifying games or bets are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Only one promotion may be claimed per account unless the promotion explicitly states that it can be combined with another offer.
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn directly — only the cash balance resulting from completed wagering requirements can be withdrawn.
• 2je bat reserves the right to withdraw a promotional offer, modify its terms or cancel a player's participation in a promotion if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation of loopholes or activity inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion.
• Promotions are intended for recreational players. Players using systematic staking strategies designed specifically to extract bonus value without genuine recreational play risk having their bonus cancelled and their account flagged for review.

9 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 2je bat platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of all pending bets, forfeiture of balances and permanent closure of your account.

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or any other tool that places bets or plays games without direct human input from the account holder.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome or expected value of games or bets — including chip dumping in live casino or coordinated multi-account betting.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities in the platform. Any discovered bug must be reported to support immediately rather than exploited for personal gain.
• Using a VPN, proxy or other method to mask your true location or identity for the purpose of circumventing any account restriction.
• Creating multiple accounts on the platform, whether under your own name or under false identities, for any reason.
• Using the platform to engage in or facilitate any activity that is unlawful under applicable law.
• Making deposits using payment methods that do not belong to you or that have been obtained fraudulently.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the platform to process funds from illegal sources. 2je bat has an obligation to report suspicious financial activity and will do so where required.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

2je bat may suspend or close a player's account at any time for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period after being requested to do so.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive or prohibited activity as defined in Section 9.
• A player's own request to close their account, including requests made under the Responsible Gaming self-exclusion process.
• Extended inactivity — accounts with no login or transaction activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts will be notified before any action is taken on the balance.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. Where an account is closed at the player's own request for reasons unrelated to any breach, the remaining balance will be paid out to the verified payment method on the account after all pending settlements are complete.

11 Responsible Gaming

2je bat takes its responsibility to players seriously. Online gaming on 2je bat is intended as a form of entertainment for adults who choose to participate within personal limits they are comfortable with. • Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit cap from your account settings. Once set, limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a cooling-off period before taking effect.

• 2je bat is not responsible for any charges, fees or losses incurred by a player through their chosen payment provider in connection with deposits or withdrawals.
• Any bet placed in error — including accidental bets, bets on the wrong selection or bets placed at an unintended stake — is the player's own responsibility once the bet is confirmed. 2je bat does not cancel confirmed bets on the basis of player error except in cases of manifest platform error.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits 2je bat's liability for fraudulent misrepresentation or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13 Changes to These Terms

2je bat reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, notice will be provided through one or more of the following channels: a notification on the platform homepage, a message in your account inbox, or an update to the "last updated" date at the top of this page.

It is your responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any updated terms, you should stop using the platform and, if you wish, request account closure.

Minor amendments — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not materially change the substance of existing terms, or updates to reflect changes in supported payment methods — may be made without advance notice.
